We make the process as easy and painless as possible. Click add to cart, fill out your information (no credit card needed) and on of our representatives will contact you, or if you prefer, call us at 1-800-522-2688. We will request you send us photos and sizing of your Sacred piece. Within 3 days we will work out a price to repair/refinish. Upon your approval we will arrange to have your Sacred piece sent to us for restoration. One your Sacred piece has been delivered to us, please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery of your completed, newly restored Sacred Vessel.
Prompt shipping and expert packing
Because of our long-standing relationship with UPS FedEx DHL and other major global carriers, we are able provide various shipping options. Our warehouse staff is highly skilled and will package your items in accordance with our exact and accurate specifications. Prior to shipping, your goods are carefully examined and securely secured. Note: Orders that include more than one item are assigned a processing period depending on the item.

Returns
The inventory is always changing and we are unable to completely manage it due to the fact that many parties are involved, which includes our warehouse and factory. The actual inventory can fluctuate at any time. It's possible that you may not receive your order after the order has been made.
Our policy is valid for a period of 30 days. However, if 30 days have passed from the date you purchased the item, we will not be able to offer you a return or exchange.
The item you purchase must be in its original packaging and be unused. It must also be returned in the original packaging.
